Tips

Getting the Most from WeightTrack

01

Weigh at the same time

For the most accurate trends, weigh yourself at the same time each day — first thing in the morning works best.

02

Log consistently

Daily logging gives you the clearest picture of your progress. Even a plateau is useful data.

03

Focus on the trend

Day-to-day fluctuations are normal. Use the weekly and monthly chart views to see your real progress.

04

Set a realistic goal

Set a goal weight and let WeightTrack show your progress bar — small milestones keep you motivated.
